用烤箱裹锡纸试试
速度太慢了，下次我就用中小火煎试试
但是烤箱烤比较鲜嫩多汁，预热完丢进去烤半小时，这期间我就干别的去了。
温度你一般设多少
200或者220，排之前要腌好，底下铺一层锡纸上面盖一层。不用锡纸直接烤好像也可以。
