用烤箱裹锡纸试试
速度太慢了,下次我就用中小火煎试试
但是烤箱烤比较鲜嫩多汁,预热完丢进去烤半小时,这期间我就干别的去了。
温度你一般设多少
200或者220,排之前要腌好,底下铺一层锡纸上面盖一层。不用锡纸直接烤好像也可以。
用的铸铁锅么
对,然而刚买的铸铁锅用一次锅底就凸出来了😅
建议Sous Vide,然后随便锅里煎一下,直接上锅虽然难度也不高但是油烟有点大
看起来其实还不错
